Halloween Party Check List

It's time to start thinking about your Halloween party set up!
Here are some boo-tastic ideas to incorporate into this year's ghoulish bash!
A fun sign sets the tone for the event... We ordered this one from Oriental Trading.
Lights-- everywhere! Set the mood with colored lighting-- love these orange bulbs on either side of the door.
We picked these up at our local CVS.
Send guests home with goodies!
A bag of candy corn topped with this fun halloween black cat
sticker leaves guests with a yummy "taste in their mouths."

Fun signs add to the festivities. "Spooky snacks. Tempting treats. Witches' brew." So easy to create on a laser printer. Buy some orange paper and clear easel frames at Staples, choose a creepy font and you're good to go!

Don't forget the welcome sign and some Halloween hay. We made the sign with black board and acrylic paints.
You can pick up the hay at your local garden center.

Strands of orange lights, available at Target or a local drug store, light the night or a spooky cloudy day.
Tall glass jars, available at Michael's and filled with creepy candy, will tempt your guests.
Look online for printables with cute, candy name tags.

This pumpkin tree was a hit with kids and adults alike. We took strands of mini pumpkin paper lanterns, cut them into individual units and hung from the tree for this fun effect.
